With more and longer sessions each day, we can really take time with our practice, exploring our bodies and minds, expanding and shifting into new ways of understanding ourselves and how we relate to others.
Catherine Annis runs two Scaravelli inspired yoga retreat holidays in Turkey during September each year. The first week is held at the peaceful Huzur Vadisi, high in the hills above the Torquoise Coast. For the second week, we travel to the stunning Suleyman’s Garden, right beside a wild, rocky beach. These retreats provide a wonderful opportunity to totally immerse yourself into your yoga practice whilst surrounded by natural beauty. Join us for one, or both weeks.
