Stephanie Seymour & Yoga
Stephanie Seymour loves to do a spot of yoga to keep in shape and to calm her mind. One of the reasons she likes yoga so much is that it can travel with her any where goes and is easily accessible as soon as she can make time for it in her usual busy schedule.
‘I stick to my sub salutation because it’s a great portable work-out … I can do it in a gym, in a hotel room or on location. I don’t wear cute yoga outfits. I usually just throw on a T-shirt and shorts’
Yoga is a healing system of theory and practice. The purpose of yoga is to create strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body.
