Join Alicia Moran and Catherine Annis for a rejuvenating, refreshing and uplifting Easter weekend away in the lush countryside of Northern France, just three hours from London. With great food, good company, and beautiful surroundings, we can truly relax and peel away the layers to reveal the natural freedom of the body in movement.
On this very special weekend, Alicia and Catherine will be working together, providing a collaboartive approach within a mix of Pilates and yoga sessions, so you get the benefits of both approaches - the technique and postural structure of Pilates, and the relaxation, awareness and quietness of yoga. Leave feeling revitalised and light, with a longer, stronger and more flexible spine.
Yoga and Pilates sessions take place in the spectacular attic space, and to complete the experience, we will also be joined by Robert Annis, a very talented and intuitive massage therapist, who will be on hand to soothe aching muscles and help everyone to simply wind down, and enjoy the simplicity and beauty of this lovely space.
Accommodation The Mill Retreat Centre is housed in an old converted Camembert factory, beside a huge lake, surrounded by wetlands and magical woodlands. Accommodation is on a twin share basis, in simple, but delightfully individual rooms.

Alicia Moran - Pilates
Alicia discovered Pilates as a professional dancer in Australia, and has been teaching since 2000. Her dance background has exposed her to many other forms of movement including contact improvisation, Feldenkrais and Body Mind Centering. She trained as a Pilates teacher through an apprenticeship and, also completed a certification with Body Arts and Science International (BASI).
Alicia moved to London in 2004 and became a member of the Pilates Foundation UK in 2006. She teaches at Pilates off the Square, The Light Centre and also has her own studio at home. Her teaching has developed through ongoing classes with Hana Jones and she regards her own self practise as crucial to maintaining her focus as a teacher.
Alicia understands that there are many ways to approach teaching Pilates. She is interested in finding ways of discovering ease of movement, awareness of held postural patterns and the relationships between mind and body.

Getting there ...
The best option is to drive, travelling via Eurotunnel and sharing the costs with others. If you prefer to travel by train, then we suggest you take the 7am Eurostar to Calais, and we will arrange a pickup from Calais. Other ferry options are also available for those with cars. Please send a (non-refundable) deposit of £200 to confirm your place, to Catherine Annis, and post it to me C/o Triyoga, 6 Erskine Road, Primrose Hill, London NW3 3AJ. Please remember include your full name and the dates of the retreat you would like to book.
Payment Terms
The balance is due no less than 6 weeks prior to the event. You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer. Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the event must be paid in full. You can pay via cheque or bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact me and I will give you our bank details.
