Robert originally discovered massage as a result of a serious thigh injury. Since learning techniques that actively assisted in his own rehabilitation, he has continued to learn more about massage and began by massaging friends over 20 years ago. He undertook his professional training at the West London School of Therapeutic Massage and is a Member of the International Guild of Professional Practitioners. He is a keen traveller, and has visited or expeditioned through Central, Southern and Northern Africa, India, Nepal, Malaysia, Borneo Thailand; Europe and the USA, seeking out and experiencing many forms of alternative healing practices throughout his travels.

Catherine Annis

Catherine was originally a professional dancer and has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years. She originally studied Sivananda, Iyengar and some Astanga before gravitating to the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. Catherine's daily yoga practice and teaching focuses on deepening physical awareness and alignment to reveal and release the natural freedom of the body, particularly the spine.  She holds a Masters degree in ballet studies, and is a qualified Thai massage practitioner. She has created one of the few Scaravelli inspired yoga teacher training intensives, and teaches privately, on a 1:1 basis, and at triyoga Primrose Hill, Soho and Chelsea, and at the LIfe Centre in Notting Hill Gate.

How to book
All treatments are available by appointment only. Please call Robert or Catherine direct to book a treatment or class.

Please let us know if you have any medical conditions such as allergies, reactions or recent operations, are taking any medication, or if you think you may be pregnant.

Monday to Sunday – 08.00 to 21.00
Please note: there is a £10 surcharge payable on all treatments after 21.00.

Cancellation policy
The treatment you select is reserved especially for you. To avoid a full fee cancellation charge, please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.
